"Nothing to it but to do it"
At some point, I found myself obsessed with the connection between art, humanity, and society. I am motivated to grow within the graphic design and branding industry, and to explore the intersection of commercial businesses and their audience. I am particularly interested in branding, publication, and photography and the ways in which these creative processes can form meaning and connections. Over the past few years I have made several trips to Japan, fascinated by and taking in the differences in their advertisements, design, and media culture, while photographing the outside city streets as well as more intimate environments.
